This Cookie Policy explains how Synth Forge Studio Inc. (“Synth Forge”, “we”) uses cookies and similar technologies on synthforge.life (the “Site”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?

We group cookies into three categories:

These are required for basic Site operation and security. They cannot be switched off in our banner because the Site would not function correctly without them. Examples include load-balancing tokens and session integrity checks. No personal profiling is performed through essential cookies alone.

3. Cookie banner and consent storage
When you first visit the Site, a banner offers three choices: Accept all, Reject all, or Customise to toggle analytics and marketing separately. Essential cookies remain active regardless.
Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage under the key sf_cookie_consent for six months, after which the banner will appear again so you can review preferences. The stored record includes your category selections and a timestamp.
Rejecting optional cookies means analytics and marketing tags will not load on subsequent pages during that visit and future visits until you change your choice.

5. How to change or withdraw consent
- Use the Customise button in our cookie banner (clear local storage for synthforge.life to see the banner again);
- Adjust analytics and marketing toggles and click Save preferences;
- Configure your browser to block or delete cookies — see your browser help documentation;
- Use Google Analytics opt-out: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout;
- Manage Google ad personalization: adssettings.google.com;
- LinkedIn opt-out: LinkedIn guest controls.
Blocking all cookies may affect Site functionality. Essential local storage for consent is required to remember your choice.
6. Do Not Track
Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. There is no uniform industry standard for responding. We honour the choices you make in our cookie banner rather than DNT headers alone.
7. Updates
We may update this Cookie Policy when we change tools or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date will reflect the revision.
